Zoom Schedule: March 24th, 25th, 27th, 28th, and 30th at 12pm ET

RUNNING INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Choose 2-3 days between March 24th - 30th for your runs.
  2. For each run, warm up with 5 minutes of walking.
  3. Jog for 20 seconds and walk for a minute, repeat that 10 times.
  4. If 20 seconds is too difficult, try 15. If 20 seconds is too easy, try 30.
  5. Cool down with 5 minutes of slow walking.
