RUNNING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Choose 2-3 days between March 24th - 30th for your runs.
- For each run, warm up with 5 minutes of walking.
- Jog for 20 seconds and walk for a minute, repeat that 10 times.
- If 20 seconds is too difficult, try 15. If 20 seconds is too easy, try 30.
- Cool down with 5 minutes of slow walking.
