Do I need to be in shape already to do this?
Nope. This reset was designed for women who are starting from scratch (again) or who’ve struggled to stay consistent. If you can walk, stretch, or move for a few minutes at a time, you can do this.
What if I’m plus-sized?
Perfect — this is exactly for you. Most fitness programs aren’t written with plus-size women in mind, which is why they don’t stick. The Midlife Movement Makeover meets you where you are, in the body you have right now.
How much time will this take?
As much or as little as you want. The daily sparks can take less than 5 minutes, and the workouts are short and flexible. The whole point is to lower the bar so movement actually fits your life.
Do I need special equipment?
Nope! Everything can be done with just your body and a little space. If you want to use a mat, a chair, or light weights, you can, but nothing is required.
Is this a diet program?
Absolutely not. No diets, no calorie counting, no food rules. This is about building a consistent, supportive relationship with movement — nothing else.
What if I miss a day (or three)?
Then you’re normal. Missing a day doesn’t mean you’ve failed — it means you get to practice one of the most important lessons in this program: pivot, don’t quit. Just pick up the next day and keep moving forward.
Will I have to give up wine/chocolate/Netflix binges?
Absolutely not. This isn’t about restriction or punishment — it’s about adding movement into your life in a way that feels good. You can enjoy your wine, chocolate, and Schitt’s Creek reruns guilt-free.
What if I hate exercise?
Good! That means you’re in the right place. This program is designed to break the old “exercise has to suck” rules and help you find ways to move that actually feel doable — and dare I say, sometimes even fun.
How is this different from other 30-day fitness challenges?
This isn't a fitness challenge. Instead, you'll learn how to make fitness a part of your life in a way that is sustainable and fun. Most challenges are about pushing harder and going “all in.” That’s why they’re hard to maintain. This makeover is about doing less — setting the bar low, showing up consistently, and learning how to keep going even when life gets messy.
What happens after the 30 days?
You’ll finish with tools, workouts, and a new mindset that you can carry forward. You’ll also be invited to take the next step with me inside one of my other programs, where we go deeper into building strength, confidence, and consistency.
